Fran’s Diner: A Toronto Food Icon
Being from Toronto, I’ve been going to Fran’s ever since I can remember.
Fran’s is known for it’s amazing breakfasts however, over the many years their menu has upgraded to provide great diner food throughout the entire day.. Thats correct, Fran’s is a 24 spot! Similar to the American Legend iHop.
As you enter the diner you will notice the prompt and gentle response from the hostess as well as constant updates from the waitress and staff. The place is fully humble with great people providing an incredible service. Not to mention the prices are pretty decent for an expensive city.
I’m a creature by habit so of course I’ll always get their famous full breakfast, embodying pancakes, toasts, sausages, hashed potatoes and scrambled egg with a side of Canadian syrup. Writing that makes me want to go back Tomorrow.
