The month of December in Brazil has become a time for celebrating the roots of samba music, and the ”samba train” has become a popular tradition.<\/p>\n

In Rio, the birthplace of the sound, the train takes bands from the heart of the city out to Oswaldo Cruz, a suburban neighbourhood, in celebration of the area’s musical heritage.<\/p>\n
